3. What is the difference between Text & HTML mail?

The easiest way to do this is if I show you examples. Basically Text messages are just that, black text on a white page. HTML messages are web pages sent as email. Text messages can include hyperlinks, but little else. HTML messages can include virtually anything you see on the web including Flash movies, response forms, logos, photographs and hyperlinks.

You need the permission from each member of your list before you send any messages.

Without permission you will run the risk of alienating and agitating your prospects and customers. Just one un-welcomed message can result in producing sufficient anger and lead to long-term damage to your company.

Remember, the Internet allows people to express their views to many both quickly and effectively.
