You will have to guarantee in writing (via email) that each and every one of the people on the list have choosen to receive your mailings. We do not allow users to upload lists of email addresses as this could lead to an abuse of the system, ie. spamming.

If you send unsolicited email using this system and any of the recipients make a complaint, the complaint will come to us rather than you. In the event of this your account will immeadiately be terminated and you will not receive a refund for any remaining credits.

We will not tolerate spam. It is proven not to work and it will do only damage the name of your company.
