Email Works may only be used in connection with e-mail newsletters or
mailings for which recipients have voluntarily registered. By using Email
Works you are representing and warranting to Email Works that you are
sending email only to individuals from whom you've obtained consent. In
the event that Email Works determines, in its sole discretion, that you
are sending email to recipients who have not voluntarily registered, Email
Works will have the right, according to the Email Works Terms of Service,
to delete your list and terminate your use of the Email Works service.
